These pages

The adventure and activity pages can be read without an account. Toto Club signup is for parents and caregivers and is handled through MailerLite. The Contact page has an adult-only message form. The schools page does not currently have a submission form.

Contact messages

The Contact form uses your name, email address, chosen topic and message to respond to your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to Toto Club. Messages are intended for delivery through Cloudflare to World of Toto’s inbox at world.of.toto.official@gmail.com. Delivery must be configured before the form can send messages. The website does not store message contents in its database or application logs.

To help prevent spam, a hashed network address may be held for 60 seconds to limit repeat submissions. Email providers may process and retain messages under their own policies. Inbox retention arrangements still need confirmation. Please do not include children’s personal information. You can contact us at the email address above about your information.

Children’s information

These pages do not request children’s names, emails, birthdays, school identities, photos or recordings. Keep mission drawings offline. An adult should manage any contact or optional AI use, without sending children’s personal information.

External services

Links to Amazon and Instagram take you to services with their own privacy practices. The optional AI mission can be completed entirely on paper. If an adult uses an AI tool, they should check its privacy settings and rules first.

Toto Club and MailerLite

The website loads MailerLite’s signup script. When you sign up, MailerLite processes the information you enter to manage your subscription and send Toto Club emails. Read MailerLite’s privacy policy for information about its service. You can unsubscribe using the link in Toto Club emails.

Technical operation

MailerLite’s script connects your browser to its service to load the signup form. The hosting service may also process technical request information to deliver the site. Provider tracking, logging and retention settings still need confirmation.
